Working With the Elements is the way to bring a balance and foundation to Shamanic Practice. This can be in your own life journey or into deeper practice and sharing and holding space.

Making these practices can also guide you to the many gifts different teachers share, what further training is right for you, what healing is right for you.

On a deeper level, from inner knowing these practices give us a centred and balanced foundation in all we create. From this balanced centred space we can sense our inner guidance and direction.‘

This is a beautiful held sacred space for you to journey into deep connection through the elements into your body, your gifts and the magic of all life. The more in touch with our body and senses we are, the more empowered ou spritual practice is. This is a space for you to find that personal empowerment and reconnection within.

Welcome to the connecting page for Embodied Elemental Connection, the Temple of the Stars.

This is an opportunity to access online resources for all, and really it is resources rather than a course.

This is a space that has been greatly considered to meet your personal needs, in response to my own journeys explorations and learning through different traditions. Lots of these resources can be accessed by you in your own personal space and time, at a pace that suits you. Once you make the personal choice to join, the door will open to personal and group online resources. This will take you into an online portal where you can access videos and instructions for the following Rituals and Ceremonies. These can be used again and again by you as a practice with no time limit.

I will be watching and listening what is needed in the space to create a space where we can express our creativity and potential more as it grows.

Doors open to book your place, only to four participants! As we begin, we can journey over four months together, through these rituals and still at a pace of involvement that suits you. Within these four months there will be an option to join also five, held online group zoom circles (included in the price), where you can share and reflect your journey within this space. There will also be the option to join group conversation online, with guidelines for a safe sharing space. At the end of the four months all the resources will still be available to you, ongoing.

Through ancient times to the present moment people have used shamanic practice to connect and find answers. Through self transformation and spiritual connection we can bring about healing, change and connection way beyond anything we have been taught through modern conditioning.

It is known through many ancient lineages from medicine, astrology, varied spiritual practice and martial arts, the importance of the elements. It is through reconnecting our bodies and spirits through balancing the elements that we can become whole and empowered to live our desires and be strong to be the change we came to be in these times.

These practices are to really support you to reconnect to the wisdom and energies of these elements within in a direct, embodied way. The journey involves these elements, and evolves as you take part!:

Trauma Awareness and Self Care. This work is deep and can touch our edges of trauma and there is guidance within how to pace yourself with awareness so as to find these practices healing, empowering and not re-traumatising.
The Element of Fire. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance to connect with the element of Fire. This journey is a resource that can be used as many times as you wish to connect with the element of fire which can support us on all levels to connect to our inner source, our centres and our child-self, inner trust and joy.
Fire Ritual. A beautiful ritual of transformation, in connection with fire.
The Element of Water. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance to connect with the element of Water. This journey is a resource that can be used as many times as you wish to connect with the element of Water. Water is life and this journey gives you direct connection to water, to dreamtime, Visions and intuition.
Flower Bathing Ritual. A really beautiful ritual with the magical element of water, flowers and herbs with its origins ( as I learnt them) in Peru, and with my own learnt ways that you can evolve yourself.
The Element of Earth. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance to connect with the element of Earth. This journey is a resource that can be used as many times as you wish, to connect with the element of Earth, the body, grounding. Here we can journey too with Sacred places of Earth, Ancestors and Spirit Ancestors who guide and support us on our journey.
Roots journey. This is a shamanic journey to connect with your ancestors, to find ritual that releases us from unhelpful ancestral patterns as we reconnect to the gift of our lineage and deeper, to connect with your sovereign roots of life and bring this with you.
The Element of Air. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance to connect with the element of Air, to Spirit. This journey is a resource that can be used as many times as you with to connect with the element of Air, To Spirit, to breath and all that we truly are. In this place we remember who we truly are and that we can be and do anything, with this perspective, being given guidance on how to embody our prayer and become our vision.
Air/ Smoke Ritual, through time smoke has been used as a way to connect with spirit, this is a ritual that involves smoke as a way to connect and pray (not smoking but working with incenses).
Mother Earth. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance, connecting with Mother Earth and all parts of her. Here we can chose to connect with Mother Earth or with our intention, any part of her, plant and tree spirits, animals, our power animal, the stone people and nature spirits. Mother Earth supports us in all we do.
Journeying with Mother Earth. This is a way to journey as we walk out in nature, a way to journey deeply into anything we find on that journey in sacred space.
Journeying with messages of Mother earth and Earth Offerings. In this ritual we spend a day in reciprocity with Mother Earth as she gives us sacred messages and we make a creative offering with her.
A journey with Father Sky, the Starnations. A deep integrating trance dance, embodied shamanic sound journey with guidance to connect with the Father Sky, the Starnations and their healing vibrations, our higher selves. Here we can also journey with Mother Moon, the cycles of life, light and dark, the sacred feminine and the Grandmothers. And with the sacred masculine, father Sun, our willpower, direction and the Grandfathers.
Starnation Creative Journey. An opportunity to journey and channel creative energy from the healing vibrations of the Starnations through you.
Sacred sharing circle. The opportunity to join 5 group online- zoom calls. in sacred circle where we can share and integrate our findings. Each circle will begin with a live online Shamanic Journey to connect with what we have been journeying with together, before we have a chance to share. These happen over a journey of 4 months as we begin.
Some added extras that have been essential in my journey with the elements!

The time for each meeting will be UTC/GMT 6pm- 8.30pm, that is CST 12noon- 2.30pm. It is not essential that you take part in these online live groups as the practices stand alone, yet we will weave much magic together here.

Groups will be small and intimate so that we can journey deep together, four people and myself, Seque.

I have not included one to one sessions in this price as this is a deeply personal choice (this is explained more deeply in the starnations consent articles (see link below) . I now only offer these sessions (at a further cost) to people on one of these deeper journeys and you can find info on these sessons at https://templeofthestars.org/spiritual-embodiment-sessions/ It is now my passion to work with people who are integrating at this depth in a safe container, and that is what I offer to those who wish for it.

Once you join all the resources will be available to you to access in your own time and space. This is so you have awareness and no pressure to go at any pace. We will also go on a four month journey in the group where we aim to journey at a similar time through the practices. With four interspaced zoom calls to connect. There is no pressure to go at the same pace as the group, as it is suggested. And you are welcome to join the group calls to share where you are on your journey within them.

The live shamanic journey at the beginning of each zoom call (2 .5 hours) gives us something to bring our journey more deeply together in the moment. And is an opportunity for us to share and integrate deeper all these practices. I will bring also some surprises, creative and inspiring ways to link all these practices and deeper communicate with messages from the unconscious as we weave through this journey together.

Due to the ongoing nature of these resources, there is no refund available once you make the financial and soul choice to enter into this sacred gateway. As it is essential to join the foundational practice journey as a prerequisite, you will have a good idea if this is for you. If for any reason I do not go ahead with the journey you will recieve a full refund (for example if we do not reach the minimum of four participants).
